This association and management prey on their residents! They make living here super uncomfortable. Every day is something new for them to bother and send us letters about. All they care about is money money money. Making up rules as they go to make us pay... very criminal! It is sad to see such a nice community with potential be destroyed from the inside out. To answer CAROLINA on the parking situation. Each owner is given an assigned spot and visitor's spot.If there's THREE or FOUR people in a condo and they all have cars guess what......They're taking up visitor's spots. In this economy with high rent there's even MORE bodies and they feel entitled to park on premises safely rather than road.
