This experience was a wonderful and unique opportunity to get in touch more with my self in ways that I haven’t before. I was able to better understand the way that my body processes pain and helpful techniques to manage it. Siera is an amazing and qualified person and genuinely wants to help people. She is very good at walking people through guided meditations and helping you really get in touch with yourself
