Dry and bland – I live very close to Pinches tacos, saw some great reviews and was really looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately the fish was extremely dry, the carnitas were tasteless and the guacamole was bland and had no tomatoes or jalapenos in it - basically just smushed avocado. Maybe the quality was low because we stopped by on a late Sunday afternoon. Unfortunate!
yummmmmmmmy – So I was tempted to write a bad review in order to prevent people form coming here....but I just couldn't!!! This place is to DIE for. I don't eat chicken or beef so I'm not the review to read if that's what your in the mood for but I do however eat the fish and shrimp! My favorite things to eat there are the shrimp salad, shrimp tacos (yummmmmmmmmy, I can't eat tacos anywhere else now!!), and there taquitos with potato and cheese (which are to die for,but HOT, so don't burn your mouth!) It can however get pric... read more
Pinches tacos are Pinche Great – Don't know what this persont is taliking about saying the worst pinche tacos, apparently they don't know great, authentic mexican food. This is by far the best mexican food in town. Fresh ingredients, quality meats, and salsas that are out of this world. Ask for the Diablo sauce that is the best hot saiuce with sooo much flavor!!! And for the smart guy with the negative words....Did you ever think it takes a little longer because its made fresh not like your Baja Fresh.....DUH!!! I recommend ... read more
The Worse Pinche Tacos Ever! – I work down the street and my co-wrokers and I went for lunch one day. The tacos are tiny, overpriced, and tastes so bland. I would not recommend this "Mexican" spot to anyone. Service was slow. Most Mexican taco joints have hot sauce bar, even Baja Fresh does, but they give you a shot (thimble size) of salsa when they serve you your tiny tacos! Do not be fooled by the decor! I would recommend the Baja Fresh down the street.
The most delicious Tacos EVER! – I loooooooved Pinches Tacos sooooo much!!!! They taste like heaven in your mouth! I highly recommend trying them you"ll be addicted. I promise!
Sunset Strip patrons hungry after a night of dancing can find melt-in-your-mouth tacos in a fiesta setting. – In Short The Anya Brothers, owners of The Original Cha Cha Cha Restaurants in Silver Lake, have opened a corner Mexican cantina across from the Chateau Marmont. Utilizing family recips dating back 100 years, the menu features extremely cheesy quesadillas with house totillas, taquitos served with fresh avocado guacamole and, of course, tacos served with 10 different fillings, including shrimp, chicken mole, cactus, po... read more
