Bought a house and it came with a pool "maintained" by this company. I'd called them initially because the pool was starting to turn green after we'd closed on the house. I'd called Saturday and the tech said that it had just been shocked a day or two before and the green was from that and to call back on Monday if was still green. Completely dissatisfied. Recently purchased a home and the previous owner paid for services for this month. She also said she had an excellent pool guy so we figured we’d see how it looks and consider using this company. The pool was cloudy, green, and none of the items on the test strips we used were balanced besides maybe the chlorine. The tech claimed that he did work on the pool and that the appearance was the chemicals doing their job. Honesty is a very important quality when you are in the "business" of serving others. Taking advantage of people for the sake of having more money is not a loving thing to do to others. I understand no one is perfect and we all fall short but it's very important to not be in the "practice'' of taking advantage of people for the sake of a dollar. Treat others the way you want to be treated and that's how you make this world a better place.
