I saw Dr. Schram for a melanoma screen, to have a mole removed and for my rosacea. I had seen a doctor at a different clinic in the past for my rosacea. He told me there was nothing he could do for me because I waited too long. Dr. Schram went over my options with me. She prescribed a topical gel which has given me very good results. I had a horrible experience with getting a laser treatment at this establishment. Went in to get a consult and talk about laser treatments that would help with my acne. I was told about the Excel V laser, never once during the consult was I warning about permanent hair loss due to this laser. When I came in for the treatment, the laser technician began the laser did half my beard area, and then was when she told me about the permanent hair loss. Good dermatologist who constantly forget to put the prescriptions in. The treatment doesn't work if they never put the prescription in. Patients shouldn't have to call repeatedly to get their prescriptions filled.
Dr. Allison is amazing. She is extremely helpful and truly caring with her patients. My daughter and I count ourselves lucky to have found Dr. Allison. Jessica is also very helpful, courteous and professional.
