I never been to a dermatologist and this was a horrible experience. I would not go back nor would I recommend them.
I was overcharged for a tiny spritz of Nitrogen on a small spot that was optional. I had not been informed of the charge for this. It was an optional treatment for a non cancerous spot. So I said sure. They billed my insurance $167.00!!! I was then billed $111.45 for what my insurance would not pay! Absolutely outrageous. Billing Dept basics said, too bad so sad. They never offered to reduce the amount and said if I don’t pay it will go to collections. This is why our healthcare is so expensive. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place is awesome. Very well organized and thorough.
Got in and out within a half hour, for a skin tag removal, front desk was busy but still had time to greet you and to assist you with the kiosk (check in) I was a new patient. I saw the PA Mrs Byrne (very nice and friendly) explained what was going to happen very thoroughly. and got down to it, very happy
