crappiest laziest home inspection ever. they missed plumbing problems that were obvious, basic and cost me $4700! the inspector did not look in the access panel for the bathtub to see the rusted broken pipe and he did not look in the shower drain to see that is was detached. I should have checked his work more closely. after looking over the inspection report again...he barely inspected the bathrooms he literally skimmed over it. I think he did not even check the third bathroom in the house. I am going to follow up with them... read more
