These guys inspected my house without my knowledge the the person trying to purchase my home was herself a real estate agent who had worked with this inspector on numerous occasions. This inspector wrote a 61 page report with a lot of words like could be, might be, looks like, has the potential to be, .This was nothing but a mafia shakedown to get the price lower.
