I was a little hesitant about using a franchise for our inspection, but Seth specifically was recommended by a friend. They sent two guys out for our inspection because the house is large, and they did a great job. Very thorough with lots of helpful findings that we used in our negotiations and will make the house better to move into. Another friend in town recommended PTP as well. I even brought a friend along who has a very critical eye, and it doesn't seem like the guys missed anything.
Jeff was an awesome inspector and really took his time walking us through all potential worries he found. Great company.
Terrible customer service. Failed to bill me for 6months then proceeded to threaten me with a collection agency. I’m still not convinced it wasn’t paid and lost in their inept accounting department. Very disappointing.
Fantastic group! They are all very knowledgeable, timely and affordable!
