I have been a patient for the past 15 years. Dr. Pilkington has always been very thorough. I've had 6 Basal Cell cancers removed because I didn't use the proper sun protection when I was younger. I have moved to another state. I hope I can find another physician that can come close to his care.
I think this office is one of the best organized doctor's office in town. Getting an appointment to see Dr. Pilkington may take some time but he has two wonderful PA's to choose from (Jill McCloud and Jeremy Hill). I am always amazed at how full the waiting room is but I have never spent more then 10 minutes waiting to be seen! Both of the PA's provide the same level of expertise and quality of care as seeing an actual derm. I looked up Dr. Pilkington's number online and saw his review. I was a bit sceptical initially, but decided to make an appointment. I did get an appointment a month out, but I was placed on a list to call for a sooner appointment. They called me about a week later and I was seen the next day. The staff was friendly and Dr. Pilkington was great. I was in and out in an about an hour.
