Do not see this doctor for burn injuries, he does not know how to properly manage them. My friend had a horrible reaction to a topical ointment that resulted in a chemical burn on top of the already burned skin. When I assisted my friend in calling the office they acted like it was no big deal and the doctor did not have time to address the issue until the following week. Terrible way to treat someone who came to you for help. This person should have been referred to a specialist.

Not a bad clinic IF you don't mind waiting for several months for an appointment and once you get there, wait another hour past your appointed time because of all the double bookings they do

This is a great dermatologist. He is often difficult to get an appointment with, because he is so well thought of. All of my co-workers go to him and say great things about him. I have had occasion to see his PA, Jeremy, who also if very professional and knowledgeable. I have gone to Dr. Pilkington for several different problems over the years and he always displays concern for me, takes the time to explain the situation, and always makes me leave the office with a positive experience.

This office is very busy, but I was able to get in after about 20 minutes. Office is clean and staff is pleasant. TV shows game shows, not my thing but ok. Dr. Pilkington was very kind and knowledgeable, would definitely go back and bring my family.

Doctors were very professional and gentle while doing procedure. Office was a little small for the amount of patients that he has. I love the T.V. channel they watch, Bonanza or Gun smoke. Great !! However I didn't have insurance at the time i had a biopsy. and when i needed to return, made $100 payment the office Manager for A/R wouldn't let me be seen until the whole amount was paid. Which i am making a payment today.

I have been a patient for the past 15 years. Dr. Pilkington has always been very thorough. I've had 6 Basal Cell cancers removed because I didn't use the proper sun protection when I was younger. I have moved to another state. I hope I can find another physician that can come close to his care.
