Cannot recommend Pilathon enough!!! Absolute best instructors, classes, and studio - Adriana and Emily have saved my back, posture, and core and got me hooked. The biggest treat to have in the neighborhood
Pilathon (little river) is my absolute favorite studio. The instructors are so knowledgeable and will always correct your form to help prevent injury. I’ve been coming to this studio for about 2 years and was able to continue taking classes throughout my entire pregnancy and felt so safe to do so, and now I’m back post pregnancy. I would recommend this studio to anyone at any level. It’s truly the best :)
This is hands down the best studio , I’ve been coming here weekly for over a year. All the instructors are great and each class is unique and I’ve been seeing amazing results. Highly recommend if you want to start Pilates or looking to continue.
