Both staff and Dr Jost were kind and helpful.
I love Dr. Jost...genuine, down-to-earth, compassionate and accommodating (pun intended). I have been seeing him for over 10 years. The office staff is very nice so you know they are happy in their jobs and several have also been with him for years. I would not go anywhere else.
The customer service was very good. Everyone was polite and friendly from start to finish. They wore their masks correctly too! I went to another place last yr and the techs did the eye exam for the glasses and the ophthalmologist did not confirm the RX. I did not trust the results because the script was so different than the yr before so I did not get new glasses. Here the optometrist did the eye exam.
