RecommendedGreat experience, they pointed out stuff other places missed with previous prescriptions I had a lot of help with picking out the right frames and lenses too which helps when you have an existential crisis every time you pick new frames! 15/10 would highly recommend. They got the job done with a personal touch
I had made an appointment. I was taken in 20 minutes later. Went thru the whole process. Great staff. Then went to get my prescription filled and the catastrophe began . I found an a amazing pair of glasses and frames I wanted. I had told the associate that I was on medical. She assured me of my options. After every was said and done did she realize she had pulled the wrong paperwork and thus the wrong insurance.....only to tell me it was going to cost more than I had already come out of pocket for. Very personable and clean
I am always treated well by friendly staff. I am very pleased with the glasses I have gotten here, both in style and lenses made just for my vision needs. The one time the lenses were not quite right due to a misunderstanding, they made it right at no charge with a quick turnaround time.
did not have to wait, the check up was thorough, but I would have like Dr Wooten to explain better about the state of my macula, why it was not better, and how she could tell. but she is thorough and I trust her. the staff is so kind. I appreciate that.
