I purchased some glasses with transition lens which developed a facrory defect. PP eyecare replaced them with lenses from a different lab and refunded my copay. I am more than satisfied with their service and recommend them to all. BTW, my wife obtained her contacts from them on recommendation from our Opthamologist and is aslo very pleased with them.
Took 2 weeks to get my glasses after numerous phone calls. 3 visits later glasses still not adjusted. Doc was great but that's about it. Don't waste your time, energy or money here. I will not recommend.

All the employees are wonderful and amazing very fast service, they had my glasses ready the very next day!
