Excellent customer service
These guys are great. I've had to work with them for a several months because of keratoconus (coned corneas) and needing contacts. The staff is very friendly, patient and kind. They have answered all the questions my husband and I have had. I don't usually recommend places, but this place is great. Definitely pay them a visit.
Dr. Fournier is absolutely the sweetest person. I would definitely recommend her.
I’ve been going here for about 10+ years now and I’ve always had a good experience. I’ve only had one time where they gave me the wrong “new” contact prescription. I went down there and they made it right right away. Was in there the other day and it was completely remodeled inside. Looked great! Friendly staff as usual and and no issues at all! Definitely recommended!
