I used online delivery today through Instacart. The shopper did a great job and delivered promptly. In addition to groceries there was a $3.99 delivery fee( no problem), I added a tip and there was a $7.99 service fee from Instacart. HOWEVER, Instacart charged me nearly $19 more than Piggly Wiggly for the groceries. I have an inquiry into them about this extra charge. Their final bill was $40 more than what I actually purchased from the store. BUYER BEWARE!

I was so impressed today when I went to pick up a few things . It brought tears to my eyes seeing how all the employees where busting there butts to stock shelves and keep everything stocked !! Kudos to all employees !!! And they all had smiles on there faces at same time !!! Great job 🙌🏻
Thank you for bringing back Natural Ovens breads! These wonderful products are made with whole grains and most varieties have 3 grams of fiber per slice. I am delighted to have found them back in your store this morning.
This is the best in beaver dam i get two carts full and a whole lot of food compared to woodmens and the produce is way better looking
Went there, spent over $40 on groceries. was going to spend another $10 on cat litter they had shown in their ad but was told it was wrong kind, that the printer made an error and they wouldn't honor it. how is that the consumer's fault? they lost out on that sale for a $4.50 ish difference that was brought to their attention and they could have posted a correction about? poor customer service
The table out front when you arrive is handy with items ;Helps to guide you over to the Deli counter which felt like you missed it sometimes. The flow of that area is just different- good job setting up to direct our shopping over and back there to the produce area after the bakery items. Love the great selections, sales and how your specials are set up in one aisle beyond the produce area. Then you don't miss those great selections and sales there.
