Incomplete order ruined an otherwise great meal. Good food doesn't matter if it doesn't actually make it to the customer. The food here is a 8.5/10, but the accuracy was a 0/10. The Horsepower chopped brisket sandwich was incredibly moist and flavorful (both with and without the sauce)(10/10). We had Pig Rig cater our neighborhood 4th of July party and they were amazing. The food was absolutely fantastic and we had more than enough to feed a large crowd of 65. Brenna was so wonderful to work with and was able to consult on menu, quantities and amounts while working within our budget per person. They delivered right on time and took care of the whole setup. Couldn’t recommend them more highly both for their delicious food and excellent staff.
One of the best spots in town. High Quality Food. (Incredible Cowboy Beans and Pig Mac Sandwich) Very friendly and fast service. Checks off every box in what you are looking for in a very good restaurant.
Being from Texas, they have some of the BETTER ... I will say ... BEST ... BBQ RIBS around.
Everything was fine, and that is okay. I had high hopes based on the Google reviews and the menu, but found that if it didn't have sauce there wasn't a lot of flavor to the meat. The burnt ends had a crust on top but otherwise we're pretty fatty and too tender. The baby back rib was delicious and their sausces are nice. I just wouldn't prefer barbecue that doesn't need sauce.
