It's terribly smokey in there. I don't think their exhaust fans work! The ceiling was leaking, when you fill your soda glass the syrup squirts all over you leaving a sticky mess and 4 of the games were broken and out of order! On a good note....The pizza was delish!

Love Pietro's combo pizza it's so good! The games are fun for the kids and the staff is usually really friendly!
Called in our Pizza at 430pm and was told it would be 30min. Ended up waiting one and a half hours for our pizza (not delivery---we picked it up). Should not have had to pay almost $50 for pizza after waiting an hour and a half. We could have waited in another line for a voucher. That voucher should have been on top of our pizza boxes when they were given to us! Shame on you Pietros! Won't be back.
Grew up going to Pietros as a kid - good place. Pizza is a little spendy as is the game room. Good place for a kids bday party if you don't want a giant mouse walking around � Birthdays - there should be time scheduled between groups. Feeling pressured by staff and the next party when you still have 15 min on your 2 hour reservation is not cool.

From 1 to 5 stars, they've really changed it up so I wanted to update my review to reflect that. Decided to go to Pizza, they have gluten free!! They were quick and nice and I had a way better experience than I have had in years. Pizza was great, they're accommodating to my gluten and my toddlers lactose, it wasn't a big deal and that felt great. We will be back! Late Sunday night dinners might become a thing.
