I had a bad experience i made a reservation a week before for my sons birthday party next week comes and they had nothing in there file or computer saying i had a reservation so i get there i had to rush and get everything done within 45 mins and thats not enough time for us to celebrate i felt rushed and the place was chaotic so im going to complian and feel i should get something for free or something for my troubles..
Pizza was great but staff was very rude to my kids when they turned in their ticket's to pick toys out.

I've grown up going to Pietro's Pizza and yesterday I got the opportunity to see them behind the scenes because I went on my daughters Headstart fieldtrip. They were very kind and it was lots of fun! And of course we always love their pizza. We actually ended up going back for dinner that evening because being there for the fieldtrip made us crave Taco Pizza lol.
The pizza was good, the staff was very helpful. They got one of my pizzas incorrect and immediately fixed it ensuring it was done as requested.
