The tables are too close together causing it hard for people to get past you in the room we were in. Which is the room with the big screen television. We were scheduled to leave at three and the servers or whatever you call them came much earlier then that to clean the tables off. Causing the server to become rude to one of the guests. The lady that booked the room filed a complaint i believe. I hope she gets a chance to take this survey. Tables are to close together. Not enough room to sit or move in and out of seat in between row of group tables. The uniforms of employees are very dirty. They do not wear aprons. Nasty to look at. Not able to converse with each other because the noise is echoing. The restaurant is dirty. I feel sorry for the employees because It seems that there is just to much for the employees to keep up with. The Pizza was good, once it arrives hopefully before the party is over. Brought my kids here to have some fun in the arcade area. Most of the machines were not working right. My kids would have 100+ tickets coming and the machine wouldn't print any tickets. We would put coins in and the machine would just eat them. There was 1 person working the counter at a very busy time so we couldn't get any help. What should have been a fun family day turned into my kids getting hardly any tickets and having to wait for at least 20 minutes just to get prizes. Not fun or worth it at all.
