Tables are to close together. Not enough room to sit or move in and out of seat in between row of group tables. The uniforms of employees are very dirty. They do not wear aprons. Nasty to look at. Not able to converse with each other because the noise is echoing. The restaurant is dirty. Brought my kids here to have some fun in the arcade area. Most of the machines were not working right. My kids would have 100+ tickets coming and the machine wouldn't print any tickets. We would put coins in and the machine would just eat them. There was 1 person working the counter at a very busy time so we couldn't get any help. What should have been a fun family day turned into my kids getting hardly any tickets and having to wait for at least 20 minutes just to get prizes. Not fun or worth it at all.
I had a bad experience i made a reservation a week before for my sons birthday party next week comes and they had nothing in there file or computer saying i had a reservation so i get there i had to rush and get everything done within 45 mins and thats not enough time for us to celebrate i felt rushed and the place was chaotic so im going to complian and feel i should get something for free or something for my troubles..
