Definitely not my favorite Pietro's. Seems like something is always wrong. Sneezed like burnt pizza the other day. Yuck �
Understaffed. Manager had no clue what to was doing. Took an hour for a carry out pizza.
We are new to the area and have a daughter with food allergies. We had a pizza coming our way tonight that accidentally had eggs (the white sauce has ranch, which has eggs) and our delivery guy let me know and kept our daughter safe. They switched out our pizzas for an allergy-friendly version and rushed the order back to us. Couldn't ask for better service and (as an ex-New Yorker), the pizza is great, too!
The tables are too close together causing it hard for people to get past you in the room we were in. Which is the room with the big screen television. We were scheduled to leave at three and the servers or whatever you call them came much earlier then that to clean the tables off. Causing the server to become rude to one of the guests. The lady that booked the room filed a complaint i believe. I hope she gets a chance to take this survey.
