The food was cold coming out, which came out before our salad and bread. They took the food back then the waiters brought it back our holding the plate, we know at that point it was still cold. We took It and brought it home, but it will mostly go I. The garage. Sad , great looking restaurant sad food . Ugggg totally disappointed. Ok we’ll back to Noto’s for us.

Ate here last night for my birthday. Asked for a table and got a booth even though I explained to the person seating us that getting in and out of a booth is painful for me (she didn't seem to really care). The food took a very long time to be served. Even the appetizers. The calamari was tender, but the coating was completely soggy. The Italian eggrolls were good. Wow absolutely the best customer service! Called in to order pizza and the lady on the phone went above and beyond! Explained what specialty pizzas they had and was courteous and very friendly.

Took my family there for my husband’s milestone birthday. Huge disappointment. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted like it was made with milk and flour to thicken it. When I mentioned it to the staff they offered to do nothing about it. The other meals were mediocre at best. Very slow service while staff was standing around chatting. I emailed my complaint to Pietro’s and never received a reply. Have not been back since and no plans to ever return. This is not the Pietro’s of many years ago.
Wouldn’t refund a room deposit to a grieving family after the loss of their mother. With two months notice, an exception should’ve been made to issue a refund. Instead, they only added to the heartache and frustration after the death of the family matriarch. Shame on Pietro’s.
