Went for my birthday dinner last night with my granddaughters and it was awful! We were rushed through the entire meal. Service wes beyond terrible, we had better service at Branns the night before!! Took only 2 bites of salad and the food was there. Never asked if we wanted more bread, had to stop another server for additional items and they weren’t even busy. I can see why There are lots of choices in Grand Rapids to celebrate birthdays, but I won’t go to Pietros again!?!
I’ve been going here since I was a kid. My family use to drive from Ludington just to have dinner here. But I have to say the last couple times we’ve been there it just doesn’t seem the same. Our service was good at first, but once the server got more tables, that quickly changed. We will give it a try someday in the future to see if the food and service have changed.
This is the restaurant you really want to be : delicious food, generous variety and a wonderful service
They charge 9.50 for a drink of crown royal
We have always loved Pietros. And we go back many years. Chef Jevon was absolutely superb in our appetizers, main courses and desserts. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch after and couldn’t of been more pleased. Our waitress was knowledgeable and professional. The food came out with prefect timing and was very delicious. We will definitely return the next we are in Grand Rapids.
