Bob in the garden shop tried to run over my dogs on a forklift Morgan Randall failed to do anything about it and in turn fired me for saying something about it....what if that was a child?! I and my husband were assaulted verbally and threatened with bodily harm and attempted to hit my husband on a bike while employee sped after him in a red king cab truck trying to run him over,because we were,I say were homeless,and was sexually harassing me ,because my husband stood up against this unlawful and sick behavior they refused us a phone to call for the police. This place is unfailingly helpful. I brought in a failed track light. Bob in electronics ended up fixing it by replacing the socket saving me about $15.00. He had to test it, troubleshoot the problem, cut and rewire the new socket in place, all with a patience and a good sense of humor. Thanks, Bob!
I will admit that their prices are a little high, but for that you get EXCELLENT customer service from employees who know what they are talking about and quality products that they stand behind. It is so nice to have a quality local option that cares about the North Coast and is not a big national chain!
