Don’t do it. Ever since our installation we’ve had nothing but problems every summer using our AC. Flooding by Aug. we had someone check to see the problem from their side who was truly honest and told us the condensation pump line is too long we are always gonna have the issue. They were suppose to schedule an adjustment but then no one came out. When I called to tell them the issue I was told I agreed to part ways with their services. We recently had issues with our AC unit.. However it turned out to be issues with our furnace.. Vernon and his crew were so nice and polite and efficient.. They had our new furnace up and running in no time.. Our house stays so comfortable now. Even when I am cooking.. There is no one else we would use.. Thanks again Vernon..

We called Pierce Heating and Air several years ago when another company said we needed a new AC unit. He did a minor repair and said he saw no reason why it shouldn’t last 2-3 more years, which it did. We found him to be honest and trustworthy as well as knowledgeable and professional. When we have called him, he has returned our calls the same day, and scheduled a time to assess the problem the next day, if not the same day.
