Went there last night to get some info from the leasing office, it was around 6:20 pm (I parked where the future resident sign is located). Since the office is located at 3rd floor I went up and realized it was closed, I come back to my car and I found 2 boots in my car and the guy from the parking company yelling $75 CASH TO TAKE THE BOOT OFF!!! 1-There are ways to talk to people. 2-If you don’t live in the building how are you supposed to know that you can’t park where the future resident sign is after office is closed? 3-... read more
Very ghetto and is infested with insects. I'm sorry but I won't move here just from visiting a friend's place.
Dwell has been here for nearly 2 months now, they ignore maintenance requests, lie to tenants and have not upheld any of the "Low" standards that City Walk had. Dwell has successfully made this place more of a dump than it was. They claim to have "upgraded" security yet parking garage has been open for 4 weeks to the public, the main entrance has remained unlocked for weeks, and the night shift at the front desk sleeps half the time.
