What a great find in Downtown Atlanta with awesome views of the city! Wide selection of amenities (24 hour fitness facility) and friendly great of staff that are helpful answering any comments and concerns. Location is hard to beat as well!
The office staff, Stephanie, Peyton and Devyreau are professional in their jobs. They have worked with as I’ve been struggling to pay my rent, due to hard times. They all get Five Star Service!!
This is one beautiful place to live in Downtown Atlanta. I have lived here for over 7 years and very pleased with the new management. Very clean with lots of amidines. There have been many changes over the past 2 years to improve our stay. Thank you Dwell ATL.
i love it here. i havenot experienced the problems others have. gym is really nice. I have reserved parking, if you need it, get it. my neighbors are nice..i love living on Aunurn Ave. tons to do, places to eat, etc. fun place!
Seriously if you want to save a headache, find another place around the corner. This is the most disgusting place to stay. Their attempt to make it "student housing" is not true--fake advertising. the staff is completely unprofessional-- hung up the phone on my dad when they couldn't explain fines they were adding to my rent. Allowed my roommate to move out without the proper way and then tried to kick me out my the room as well ( IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.)
