RecommendedManagement here is amazing. Devyreau Garrett helped me from the moment I came in for a tour to the moment I moved in. She is extremely helpful and caring and always strives to make sure all the residents are comfortable and satisfied. She resolved every issue I had in a timely manner. I really appreciate her personal touch, she is the reason I was confident in signing my lease. The property and amenities are amazing and peaceful with not a lot of traffic of people, it's the perfect apartment for a student at Georgia State.

We are from Las Vegas and were on a crunch from finding quick housing for our family. We looked at many places in the downtown area, but were not pleased with the customer service and/or look of the outside location. I was at my wits end until I saw Dwell ATL. I am shocked at the bad reviews because I did not witness any of what I have read. As soon as I walked in the building, Devyreau and Stephanie welcomed me with amazing service. I’ve signed a two bedroom unit and have yet to move in, but I wanted to share how smooth the application process went! The property manager of Dwell was almost always available to help me. She gave me a tour of the building, walked me through the application process, and replied to my emails within few hours, so I was able to sign the contract, without stress, within few days. Super friendly and helpful - I’m really looking forward to move in soon!!
I have loved my experience while living at Dwell. The management staff has and is doing something new everyday to improve the apartment from former management. Providing a clean and safe environment - the staff is extremely friendly and ensures voices and suggestions of residents to constantly improve units and the apartment as a whole. I've loved living here the past year while attending Georgia State. The location is unbeatable with the MARTA a few blocks away and they are the only apartment complex near GSU that allows pets! BIG WIN!
Dwell makes downtown Atlanta living beautiful and affordable. It's the best-kept secret in apartment living! The staff is amazing -- Stephanie, Carlton, and Dev are at your service! They are amazing and they make sure your needs and the needs of the community are met. They deliver with the kind of personable, expedient service you would find at one of the major hotels -- which happen to be within walking distance.
