I had shoulder replacement surgery in January of 2022. I went to see the Dr. 6 months out of surgery, told him my shoulder kept popping out, his PA said the only way to repair this is to have surgery again, not a good option. It’s been three years since the surgery and I still have a striking pain if I move in the wrong direction, again not good. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Every staff member from the front receptionist to the nurses to the doctors to everyone that I’ve come in contact at that office have been kind and wonderful and very caring. And when it came time to schedule my shoulder surgery Ms Beth went above and beyond while working with my insurance and the surgery centers. Beth solidified my positive opinion! I can’t say enough about the awesomeness of Dr Stokes. He listens to you, I mean truly listens to your concerns, and explains all aspects of treatment, surgery and follow up. I was hesitant and nervous on my first visit but he addressed all concerns and made me very comfortable with treatment . I put my trust in him and would highly recommend him. Dr Stokes and his staff professionalism , process and personal touch is excellent! Thank you so much for all you do.
