Very professional staff. I was taken very good care of.
Went today for my first bone marrow biopsy. Amy my nurse very kind and got my IV in on the first try and I didn't feel anything. Dr. Kim came and told me about the procedure and made me feel at ease. Jenna was the nurse in the room with him. Very understanding and knew I was little nervous. Dr. Kim came and before I knew it the procedure was over! I was back in recovery under thirty minutes. A very small amount of pressure was all I felt. Very impressed with hospital and staff.
Good people. Had surgery yesterday and everyone was very nice and helpful made such I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. I love dr clay she's great
Some of the nurses was really nice, had one set that didn't come in to check on me but twice in a 6 hour time. I was unable to walk due to the pain and they told me no more pain killers, they wasn't even working anyway but he said "I might get addicted" if they gave me more as I'm sitting there crying in pain. I had a fever of 103 sense I came in 35 hours ago they have done nothing for it but let it go up and down the whole time. I have yet to feel better I'm going to go to another hospital soon I do not recommend here.
This is great hospital. They are taking excellent care of my Dad. Clean, caring. Room is huge!! He has been in 5 of the main hospitals in the area. This one wins hands down. Thank you Piedmont Mountainside!!! You guys are awesome.
