This is the best hospital EVER! I staff is so kind and loving! The care is top notch! I truly cannot day enough about how grateful we are to have this hospital in the community! Thank you Piedmont Mountainside for being so awesome!!
The staff and doctors do not know what they are doing half the time. My grandma was here several times and had to be taken from here to elsewhere to get help. A lot of the staff are very rude to people and their loved ones. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone.
Very courteous and professional staff , had a great experience
I have been here several times and they always treat me as good as they could. Very good doctors and nurses. They seem to be very knowledgeable taking care of the patients. This is probably the 6th to 9th time I have been here and they're always very caring. I have to go in the hospital more than most, so if I come to the hospital or to one of the Piedmont Dr.s offices, I feel that I am always taken very well taken care of.
I had foot surgery yesterday. From admitting to pre & post op my experience was wonderful. Coming from an RN myself, I experienced such, kindness & compassion from "everyone". I also have serious back issues & could not take my usual once a day pain med pre-op & was in terrible pain before my foot surgery. My nurse Karen immediately asked the anesthesiologist if she could give me something for my back pain & within minutes, I was given pain med. Just a small example of the wonderful care I received.
