I was very impressed with the treatment ,the courtesy and care from the staff ,ive had to make several trip to emergency rooms in the past but to go in register ,be seen by the staff and back out in just about an hour was very impressive hope i dont have to go back anytime soon but if i do it will be piedmont mountainside
We were late and they still took my husband for his CT and still did it in no time at all
I'm feeling much better after going to piedmont mountainside hospital er.. still healing and resting. the Dr.s were prompt to attend to my needs and went over their job title for having an awesome bedside manners. Thank you...Dr.jacqueline malloy and dr. Williams..
I'm pregnant and I went to the hospital yesterday for a really high BP. The staff there was so nice and put me at ease. And they took care of me to get my BP back down to normal.
Care takers, i.e. nursing staff was wonderful on all fronts. Communication issues lead to a struggle to get a case worker to assist us. Luckily there were a few advocates that came through for us, including an amazing case worker who was notified late of the problems we were having with post care issues. Again, no problems with most of the staff, only with the communication of needs of patient.
