I know for the night shift workers they’re doing their best all through the night and when they cannot go to the cafeteria to get a decent meal because all the food is gone and there’s only cold OATMEAL. Horrible Experience!!! Been in ER tonight after complications from surgery here this morning. In 50 minutes here waiting for some relief- they have called exactly ZERO patients into the ER from the waiting room! Yes 0! Unbelievable! update: 56 minutes and they finally call in ONE patient!
shout out to my ICU nurses! I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I was out of it, but thank you for your exceptional care. Thank you also to my liver specialist Dr. Kevin Nguyen who along with his surgical team, saved my life. Also, my gratitude to Dr. Nguyen's PA Karry and surgical oncologist Dr. Weitman who rounded on me every day. My sister donated her kidney and she made it up to TU Rooms. She is in a lot of pain and we requested pain meds. But they have to send the request to the pharmacy to get approval? I mean do they think she won’t be in pain? Why don’t they have pain meds already approved? Just seems crazy to me. Waited 27 mins to get pain meds and it was in pill form?
