Great Hospital been here in ccu for about 2 weeks now, need more eating places, some big hospitals have a Macdonalds or chick fa la inside not this one not many places deliver either!!! Really the only big thing, Chick-fil-A across street but me driving I would have to pay to get out and come back in and pay to get of again!! Too much to do!!! Tired of cafeteria and that other restaurant need more options!!!
Exceptional care all around. My only complaint is parking/accessibility - The parking deck is a long walk from the physician's buildings & ER & it's rather expensive ($5 after 30 mins, etc.) I was recently referred to the ER & subsequently admitted for a week... I had to pay $48 to get out of the deck. I told the lady I had been in the hospital and no cares were given.
Top notched surgeon/PA.......nursing staff is fantastic.
Well I'm heading home from the waste of time visit at Piedmont! I was told that I have a mass about 3 inches size on my thyroid and because I don't have insurance you are sending my home because I'm a self pay and say go to Grady because they will be cheaper but I'm already her and admitted crazy!!😡😡
I arrived on Friday at 7:30 in the morning on July 21st. It's never good to be in the hospital, but this was the best experience I could have had. Everyone, and I mean everyone from the time I arrived until the time I left today at 2 p.m. on July 22nd was simply wonderful. I was in the Fuqua Heart Center and couldn't have been cared for any better. Thank you for everything. I was in room 302.
Last month I had an emergency appendectomy followed by a 6 day stay at Piedmont. It was the second time I had surgery there. I couldn't be happier with the care I received both times. I felt that everyone I interacted with treated me with great care, patience, and kindness. All my doctors are Piedmont doctors. I wouldn't want to have to go anywhere else.
