RecommendedRed chicken enchiladas was FIRE🔥 I have not had a good enchilada since they closed down Theresa’s Restaurant back Home (Coachella) 17 years ago. A must try out restaurant. The texture to their rice was I look for and it taste just like my grandma’s rice. And the salsa’s 🔥
