I visited this restaurant today, only to find that it has temporarily closed its original location and switched to an indoor fast-food format. Unfortunately, the experience was truly terrible. The staff didn’t have a single smile on their faces，but the worst part was that when I went to eat the chicken sandwich I had ordered, I discovered there was no chicken in it at all. Fantastic! I stopped by the pop-up today and bought 4 scones and a grilled cheese sandwich with fries. Service was friendly. The scones are wonderful, and the grilled cheese sandwich was the best I've had. The fries that went with it were also great: my wife and I shared them, and agreed we'd tasted none better. OUTSTANDING MEAL! I'll be back soon for more! Highly recommend and thanks to the staff!
Annoyed that you haven't updated the cafe to say closed for renovations, we came for that paid for 2hrs of parking at $14 just to find out its closed.... please update it!!!
Upon visiting Picnic a few days back, I had an issue with overpayment at their cafe counter that I only discovered the next day. I issued my concerns to the management that same day in an email and was immediately called to be assured that I would be refunded. A day after that I received an email from their director apologizing for the mixup while ensuring a prompt refund.
