So thankful to have a fresh fish Monger close by. Bought a piece of Big Eye Tuna tonight and it was so good! The flavor was over the top.
This is a small business with employees and owners that genuinely care about the product they deliver. I have had several meals(freelanced and suggested)from this business and they are a better quality than any restaurant serving the same in the valley. The only requirement is that you give the proper prep, time, heat and time to the premium product they provide... that’s on you. They do their part and more, just ask.
