Kind, professional, smart, patient. When I am sick, I can get an appointment and she helps me heal. And she is a good listener.
Sadly I went to this dr when my prior family dr was leaving CHI Memorial and closing her practice. This dr is useless, doesn’t listen, nor can I get the testing that needs to be done. She is making me go through unnecessary tests and only recommends pills, when I don’t want pills, I want help or answers! Due to my size, I need an OPEN MRI! I’ve know been seen by an ER dr that can’t understand why she isn’t ordering it. Recently moved to the Chattanooga area, and Kimberly Pickett was the first appointment that I could get. I need a medicine review until my specialist appointment. They acted like they were doing me a favor just to see me, and treated me like I was there just to get drugs. On my last visit I was unable to provide a sample for urinalysis, and they said that they would not refill my meds. The negativeaty and hostile environment right away! Thank God I didn't go there alone. I had to walk away and I suggest anyone to do the same, Run away!! DO NOT ENTER!
Won't listen to serious questions, brushes off concerns. Does not do simple procedure like taking temperature, checking for swelling, doesn't ask questions regarding symptoms, won't discuss test findings, acts as if the patient is wasting her time. Doesn't seem to want to touch the patient if there is fever, swelling of glands, lymph nodes.
