Repeatedly mishandled my VA claims in order to force me to have to pay their full price which is more than double what the VA will pay. Dr. Picard is reasonably skilled but his office staff are incompetent if not fraudulent.
I really appreciate the very friendly and helpful staff, and Beau is awesome!

Dr. Picard is a miracle worker! After a quick 5-minute check and a 2-minute adjustment on my neck, I was immediately pain-free! When I first went to his practice three years ago, I was very nervous, and now I will never go to anyone else! Their new patient checkin system is very user friendly as well, love it! I'd give ten stars if I could!
