Took our Mazda 6 to a local mechanic for AC repair. He told us the evaporator core needed repaired, it came up on his computer as being a problem for this particular model and he felt Mazda should fix the defect (car is less than 2 years old but has 40,000 miles due to sales job). We were told it was past warranty (probably broke while it was still under warranty but don't really use the AC in the winter months) and must pay the $1600 to fix. My daughter just purchased a car from them. Why would you allow someone to drive off your lot with bad brakes and rotors? Nice to know your company cares about others safety!
Horrible, they break your car while the car is in their possession and now want you to pay for diagnostic, hello your fault, you fix it. Damn, never again. I've heard bad things but damn this is crazy. What happened with you break it you buy it.
We bought my wife a Mazda 3 in March & I loved how it drove so much I bought a CX-5 in October. Kristin sold us both cars & was great to deal with. I would also say the Service Department has been wonderful
