Buying the used car was the easy part but I was sold a car without them having the title in hand (the title was in flux). The purchase was mid September, and the transferred tags and title only just got transferred properly by the end of December. Penndot rejected the tranferred registration information twice, but it wasn't until after 30 days from purchase when I asked what happened for them to look into it. When my 2016 Mazda 6 was totaled in a flood, my insurance paid it off and the gap insurance was never used. I went to the dealer to get the unused portion refunded (3 years worth). I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. It’s been over 2 months. One employee told me she sent in the forms for the refund. Another told me they don’t have those records. I leased a Mazda 6 back in 2016. The wheels began to peel about a month after getting it. Took it back to get fixed. Wheels peeling again and was told by Ashley, the service manager, that because wheels were repaired, not fixed, the warranty will not cover it. How in the heck is this my problem? Bad, bad customer service. Will not be re-leasing here!
Hands down, the absolute best car buying/leasing experience I've ever had! The team at Piazza made sure we left completely satisfied! I work in a sales/service industry and I have to say, these folks are doing it the way it's supposed to be done! My wife and I drove 2 hours from New Jersey today to get our new 2018 Mazda 3 Grand Touring and it was totally worth the drive. Special thanks to Geo, Kristin, Faith, and Rob!
