RecommendedOne of the best things about them is they actually take a video to show you what was found on the car that needed to be fixed. It eased my mind knowing I could trust the work they were doing. Steve was great and kept in contact with me. When I picked up the car the service desk was polite and went over everything. Highly recommend their service dept. Will definitely be going back for all of my Mazda needs.
I connected with a appointment for service and state inspection within two days. No long wait. They checked on my concerns, advised me of possible future problems, ordered and remounted four tires due to age and tread wear. Since I am still driving a 2003 mpv Mazda van I liked the underbody video showing points of rust Intrusion. Exhaust system probably next replacement?? Very pleased with their whole experience.
Fantastic service, even in the midst of the pandemic! Needed an inspection desperately, but was cautious of going out in public. Piazza Mazda drove to my house (over an hour away!) picked up my car, dropped off a loaner, and had the inspection done within 24 hours. Then drove my car all the way back to exchange cars! We first worked with Kaitlyn Lawniczak and then Chris Lund during the demo and buying process of our new Soul Red CX-9 Grand Touring. I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from the Piazza Mazda of Reading and had a fantastic experience. I worked with both Robert Douglass and Syrah Zimmerman. Both were super helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. They answered my many questions, walked me through all the features of the car and made sure I had all the right information before moving forward. A few days after my purchase, Syrah followed up with me to check if I had any other questions. Overall, this was a great experience!
