The service provided at the Acura/Honda dealership was very very unpleasant. It does not fail almost everytime I go there to get my Acura serviced the wait is excruciatingly long. They do not value their customers time what so ever. I had an appointment scheduled for a simple state inspection that took over 2 hours long, when I called in to speak to a manager the receptionist laughed at me and stated everyone was out to lunch.
