I have referred friends and family to him and he treats them with respect and makes them feel like family. He is very thorough when you are going through the car buying experience to make sure you fully understand. Bob always “checks in” especially if he knows that your lease is coming due or even just to say Happy Birthday. Bob is the only person I would buy a vehicle from.
