I am always impressed with the level of service I receive at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. They have always treated me with respect and with honestly. We love hones and will always be loyal to Honda. We have had many different makes of vehicles over the years. I always get my honda service at Piazza. I like their customer service and they're very quick. I have lots of confidence they will provide good service and be honest.
I wasn't able to get back to pick up my vehicle until after the service department was closed. A member of the sales team was very helpful and was able to get the sales manager who was very courteous - and more importantly was able to process my credit card payment, walk me through the service performed. And get my keys to me so that I could get back on the road immediately. Highest marks for service!
My experience at Hyundai was an enjoyable one. Keaton Summers was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He was very friendly and didn't push anything on me when I was making my decision.
