From the time I pulled in - the manager was helpful and told me exactly what they were doing. When they discovered how long it would take to switch the part, they gave an update on that. I received frequent updates while I was waiting which was the best.
They're always very professional and they take care of everything. Good people work here.
My wife and I were in town for Thanksgiving from NH. We got a flat tire on the way to the outlets. We put the spare tire on and drove to your dealership. Your service dept. took us right away and patched us up. I asked how much and your service man said "Happy Holidays!" Piazza will not be forgotten. I will be a Honda person for the rest of my life.
