It was so refreshing to deal with someone that is familiar with their product and so efficient in their pursuit of excellence in customer service. The moment I saw the new Accord prepped and ready for us, I no longer had any regrets in saying goodbye to my 2007! I just love the new car! As soon as I took the car in, the person greeted me was very pleasant and knew what I needed to get done. It took 1/2 hours instead of two. They had soft pretzels and a very nice waiting area. They were very polite and courteous.
