I was in there to consider a new CRV. I intend to buy at some point. I dealt with Gene who was very helpful and understood that I was there to gather information for a near future purchase. He wasn’t pressuring me in any way. Mario, who I assume is a sales manager came over, came on too strong and tried to hard sell. He was totally off putting, smarmy and the stereotypical car sales person which gives them a bad rap. These guys always take care of me. I called in for a last minute inspection two days before it was up, and they allowed me to bring in my car that afternoon and had me in and out in an hour.
