My personal experience with your company has been beyond satisfactory…it is exceptional.
The Manicure Technician was very nice and sweet , but the management and the other staff member were very rude ! they asked me to tip the technician many times when i went to pay them by credit card when i am already tepid her more than the 20% from the amount and they didn't know that ! i found this a very rood and unprofessional from them , will never go back again !

I am sorry to hear this. I am not sure why this happened or the circumstances. However, I know that Clients expect to be able to include tip just like in a restaurant when checking out but unfortunately the salons system is not set up that way. The credit card machine requires the cashier to type in the tip first prior to checking you out. This was the only way for the salon to include tipping with a credit card transaction which is why you may have been asked multiple times.
